Ecologia Sierra de Lijar S.Coop.And. company is located in Jerez de la Frontera, Cadiz, Spain, in Andalusia´s most advanced Agroindustrial Technological park. Our company produces and exports organic wine and organic extra virgin olive oil. Our organic wineyard Viña Greduela, on the bank of the river Guadalete, has the following varieties: Merlot, Syrac, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo, from which 2 excellent organic red wines are made: Coupage crianza and Artesanal crianza. Our Organic Extra virgin olive oil, branded Sierra de Lijar, is extracted by cold pressing olives cultivated organically, mainly Lechín and Manzanilla varieties. The fruit flavour is strong with well balanced tones of herbs and apple, a little peppery or bitter.
