Die Skærtoft Mølle mahlt Biomehl besonders schonend und langsam, so dass möglichst viele der wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe aus allen möglichen Getreidesorten gut erhalten bleiben. Ganz abgesehen davon, dass auch der Geschmack ungleich besser ist. Neben Mehl zählen zu den Hauptprodukten Dinkel-, Weizen- u8nd Roggen-Graupen.
